Thompsons Skin, Hair & Nails 100 caps

Price: $41.36
$33.81

The appearance and health of our skin, hair and nails depends on a number of key nutrients. Vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and herbs all help ensure a healthy body, both inside and out. Increased intake of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids keep skin moist and improve its texture.

A combination of vitamins such as Vitamin’s A, C and E, Vitamin C and minerals including Calcium, Boron and Zinc have all been used in the maintenance of the skin, hair and nails. The Horsetail herb provides Silica, which has been recognised as being vitally important to strengthen hair and nails. When it comes to nourishing the skin, some forms of protein are more efficient at providing the nutrients we need to renew and repair skin. Marine proteins are high in proline, an important amino acid for the formation of collagen. Marine proteins also contain other structural compounds such as glucosamine and chondroitin, needed for the production of connective tissue and healthy skin.

Thompson’s Exclusively Women’s Skin, Hair and Nails formula is far more than just a ‘cosmetic’ supplement as it will also benefit skin conditions such as acne, eczema, and dermatitis. With effective amounts of Omega 3 (100mg) and Omega 6 (200mg) and lyophilised Marine Protein, Skin, Hair and Nails is a powerful aid to improving appearance.
