Herbs of Gold Seditol is a traditional Chinese sleep formula containing a blend of patented Magnolia officinalis extract and a proprietary extract of Ziziphus spinosa. Both extracts have been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries - Ziziphus to quieten the spirit and replenish the body during sleep and Magnolia to promote the movement of Qi. Ziziphus has also been used traditionally in Chinese medicine to help relieve the symptoms of sleeplessness, whilst Magnolia was traditionally used to assist in the movement of food, supporting the symptoms of fullness after eating. Magnolia officinalis has also been used traditionally to support the stagnation of energy and for calming stress and relieving nervous tension. Seditol therefore may:
- Temporarily relieve sleeplessness.
- Relax the body and replenish it during sleep.
Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.
