Rub onto chest, throat and back.

For use as an inhalant, add one teaspoon of Greenridge Relief Vaporising Rub to a bowl of steaming water and inhale the steam.

For use on muscular aches and sore feet, apply dierctly to the skin.

For adults and children over 5 years.
