Who is it for? 

Ideal to have in your sports bag, or first aid kit for bruises, sprains or strains.

What does it do?

Relieves the pain and inflammation associated with soft tissue injuries.

Each 1g contains:

 

Arnica montana tincture equivilant to 13.5mg dry flower 

 

Dose

Apply freely to affected parts. Patch test on a small area of skin for any allergic activity.

Caution
  • Do not use on broken skin.
  • Seek medical advice before use on infants
