Thompsons Herbal Diurectec 60 tabs

Price: $14.80
$12.10

Thompson’s Herbal Diuretic utilises four of the most effective, yet safe, diuretic herbs in a combination designed, not only to correct fluid balance in the body, but also to act as a mild tonic for both the kidney and the liver. Dandelion has a dual role in Herbal Diuretic. Firstly, Dandelion acts to effectively eliminate fluid and secondly, it assists liver activity, stimulating bile flow and eliminating toxins from the body. Analysis shows Dandelion to be a rich source of vitamins and minerals, especially Potassium. Buchu is included in this formulation as it is historically regarded as one of the most effective diuretic herbs. Buchu exerts a healing influence on chronic complaints of the genito-urinary tract by reducing bladder irritation.

Clivers acts primarily as a diuretic, but also as an alterative to the lymphatic system. Clivers is especially indicated in inflammatory conditions such as cystitis and kidney and bladder stones. Parsley is an excellent diuretic when a slightly stronger stimulus is required to encourage fluid elimination. Parsley is also a good source of Vitamin C, Iron and other minerals. These specific herbs are accompanied by Potassium Chloride to ensure that the body does not become depleted of this essential nutrient, when increased fluid loss is being encouraged. To complete the formula, Vitamin B6 is added to help maintain the balance of Sodium and Potassium for regulation of body fluids. As a natural diuretic, Vitamin B6 is suited to women who suffer pre-menstrual fluid retention.
