Who is it for? 

May be useful for people who have disturbed sleep patterns, nervous tension or mild anxiety.

What does it do?

Helps relieve nervous tension and mild anxiety. Provides relief from sleeplessness. Beneficial during times of stress.

Each 1mL contains:

 

Valerian officinalis (Valerian) extract equiv. to 1g (1000mg) dry root 
Contains Ethanol 550µL/mL 

 

Dose

Adults - Take 0.3-1mL three times daily in a small quantity of water.
