Golden Seal (Hydrastis canadensis)
Golden Seal has traditionally been used in fighting mild upper respiratory infections and to relieve the symptoms of colds. It is a Traditional Western Herbal Medicine home remedy taken at the onset of colds to help aid the body’s resistance capability and to soothe irritated mucous membranes.
