An anti-stress and insomnia formula based on Zizyphus, a Chinese herb with well documented sedative properties. Zizyphus is of particular benefit for menopausal insomnia; however Nerve Control is suitable for men and women of all ages. Hops, Vervain and Oats have been added for their tonic and restorative properties.

Zizyphus jujuba (Zizyphus) seed 1.5g Humulus lupulus (Hops) flower 300mg Schizandra chinensis (Schizandra) fruit 250mg Verbena officinalis (Vervain) herb 250mg Avena sativa (Oats) seed powder 150mg

Dosage
