Balance BCAA provides a balanced ratio of L-form amino acids plus essential B Complex vitamins for muscle maintenance and recovery following exercise. The branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) - Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine - are key components in helping to support muscle maintenance and growth.

BCAAs are essential amino acids needed for the formation of proteins, particularly muscle proteins during and following intense exercise. Isoleucine, Leucine and Valine promote repair and building of lean muscle, and may help reduce stress. Through their conversion to glucose, they may also provide muscle energy during intense exercise.
