1) Getting Started:

Now that your account is approved, you can setup your availability in the system and start receiving bookings!

Configuring your Appointment Setup:  When logged into the Dashboard, goto APPOINTMENT SETUP on the left side, here you can press ADD NEW (or if you already have set this up, and wish to edit, press the EDIT button to open your appointment settings).

Once open, you can add your Display Name (the name that will appear when people search), your appointment cost (per 50 minute block), along with a bit about you, a photo, and your availability. Make sure you add content to all options, and go through the AVAILABILITY, THERAPY TYPES and CONSULTANT ATTRIBUTES and fill in the required information. When done press submit found at the bottom of the page.

You are now ready to start taking bookings.

 

Availability Options: When in appointment setup you will see many options to configure. Most our consultants are happy to set which days they wish to be able to accept appointments and a time range for that days availability.

For example, say you wanted to work Monday and Tues from 9-5pm. In you appointment setup, once editing your appointment setup you can do the following:
Type: Set to Monday
Capacity: Set to 1 (this indicates that you can only take 1 appointment at a time!)
FROM-TO: Set from 9:00am – 5:00pm (dont forget to add the am and pm as required!)
Leave Priority and Appointable as default settings.

Now, in the bottom right corner, press the + button to add another day!
Do the same again but set type to TUESDAY.
You can rinse and repeat for any days you like!

Remember to press SUBMIT in the bottom right when done to save your changes!

2) Accepting Appointments:

When a client books you, you will receive an email confirming the appointment. You will then have this booked in. Before the appointment you will be emailed a link to the video chat platform ready for you to join at the allocated time. You can both join at this time to begin the session. You can see your appointments in the Appointments Dashboard by viewing your Calendar, Upcoming or Previous Appointments. Should your client not join the session, you can call them on their phone in order to check in to see if they are running late for the appointment or having other troubles.
