Psychologists & Consultations

How do I book an online video consultation with a psychologist/allied health professional?

Source Health has ensured the booking process is quick & easy, however we still need necessary details from you to get started. Click ‘Book Appointment’ to start the process. It is necessary for you to create an account, which can be done simply with an email & password. You will then be directed to a set of questions to help fit you with the perfect psychologist, then you can choose a time, date, and length of consultation. Lastly, you can enter your payment details, and you’re all set to attend your video consultation.

Should you encounter any difficulties; our Live Chat is available 24/7, on the bottom right corner, so that one of our friendly staff can help you out.

Can I choose my psychologist, or can you select a psychologist for me?

Based on the questions you answer in the booking process, we will find a psychologist that matches your needs. Once you have been recommended a psychologist, you will have the option to choose someone else, if you feel they aren’t the right fit for you. You can then continue with your booking process, as normal.

Fees, Payments, and Refunds

How much does it cost to use Source Health?

Prices start from $130, depending on the type of appointment, and the qualifications of your psychologist. 

Session fees are set by your psychologist and you will be informed of any out-of-pocket expenses you may be liable for at the time of booking.

You may be eligible for a Medicare Rebate with a referral and mental health care plan from your GP.

What payments do you accept?

Credit cards accepted; VISA & Mastercard. PayPal & Afterpay is set in place for your convenience. Cash payments are not available on the Source Health platform.

Payments are taken at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

A cancellation period of 72 hours is required prior to your appointment.
Cancellations within the 72 hour time period will be charged at 50% of the consult.
All cancellations will incur a $30 administration fee.
