I started Source Health with the dedicated purpose of connecting Australians, who find themselves in positions where they can’t access in-person counselling, with highly experienced and qualified mental health professionals.

This lead to the Vision of delivering services that are unrestricted by geographic location, physical incapacitation (e.g. due to disability), limited carer support and poor time availability. At Source Health, we want to connect people to their help.

We have a special interest in supporting rural, regional and remote communities, as well as Aboriginal/Indigenous mental health as part of this endeavour. We want to connect people to the help they need to live the lives they deserve.

I know what it is like to live in a rural location. The closest Psychologist to my home address is at least 90 minutes’ drive one way, and then there is a wait list. This is not good enough. 

With modern technology and access to telehealth, location no longer has to be a barrier to getting help. If you have access to a phone or the internet, then we at Source Health will be here to support you. That is what we are here to do.

I have been a Clinical Psychologist for almost 20 years and I’ve owned two brick-and-mortar group private practices. I know the value of competent high quality mental health support and the positive change it makes to lives, relationships and communities. Source Health is me bringing this to you, irrespective of your location and ability to access in-person sessions.
